PropHunt exists to help traders navigate the proprietary trading firm ("prop firm") landscape by centralizing comparative, research-backed information in one place. We do not issue opinions, recommendations, or endorsements of any specific prop firm; our goal is to give you the raw material to make your own informed choice.
▸1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and prophunt.pro, governing your access to and use of prophunt.pro (the "Website"), including all content, tools, and services offered on it.
Read these Terms carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using it, you confirm that:
- You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms;
- You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract; and
- If you access the Website from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk.

PropHunt provides a research and comparison hub for people evaluating prop firms. Key features include:
- Firm profiles and comparisons built from independent research and publicly available information.
- User reviews, where traders can share firsthand experiences with specific firms.
- Payout dispute reports, allowing users to submit evidence of alleged unjustified payout denials, with firms given the opportunity to respond. This creates a transparent, two-sided record rather than a one-sided complaint log.
- Prop Talk, a community discussion forum governed by its own separate Terms of Use.
- Industry news and updates relevant to prop trading.
What we explicitly do not do:
- We do not provide financial services.
- We do not offer investment advice.
- We do not endorse any firm, strategy, or financial product.
Everything on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. Always apply your own judgment and consult a qualified financial professional before making trading or financial decisions.
Analytics and site improvement.
We use analytics and, where applicable, session-recording tools to understand how the Website is used (navigation, clicks, feature usage). This data supports product improvement, debugging, and fraud prevention. Full details, including retention periods, opt-out options, and consent requirements, are in our Privacy Policy.
▸3. Accounts
When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Signing up with Google Single Sign-On.
If you register via Google SSO, the email address Google shares with us will be added to our mailing list, including our newsletter and service updates. You can opt out of non-essential emails anytime via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and take full responsibility for content and activity tied to your account. Don't share your credentials or let others access your account. If you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach, notify us immediately.
Duplicate account prevention.
We collect and process IP address data during registration to prevent a single user from creating multiple accounts. Registration may be blocked if an IP address is already tied to an existing account.
We may verify registration details and, at our sole discretion, suspend, modify, or terminate accounts for reasons including:
- Violating these Terms
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Prolonged inactivity
- Providing false or misleading information
Serious violations may result in immediate termination, loss of any accrued account benefits, and, where warranted, legal action.

User-generated content.
Reviews, forum posts, and other contributions must be honest, evidence-based, and reflect genuine experience. We do not allow false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content, personal attacks, inflammatory language, or anything that violates applicable law. Contributions should add real value for other traders, not just vent.
Platform content.
We may edit, remove, or block any content, user-submitted or otherwise, that breaches these guidelines, is spammy, or creates legal exposure for us. All content on the Platform, whether written by us or by users, is provided "as is," with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Do your own verification before relying on anything you read here. Repeated violations of these content standards can result in suspension or termination.
▸5. How We Evaluate and List Prop Firms
Our listing process is built on structured due diligence across several dimensions: trading conditions, payout reliability, trader support, and regulatory standing. We assess firms against a consistent set of criteria, drawing on independent research, publicly available records, user feedback, and cross-referenced sources.
Users can suggest firms for evaluation. Every suggestion goes through the same review process as firms we identify ourselves; our team verifies the submission independently before it's added, so the bar stays consistent regardless of the source.
▸6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, software, and other material on the Platform belongs to prophunt.pro or its licensors. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Using the Platform does not transfer any ownership rights to you. We'll enforce our IP rights where necessary, including through legal action.
▸7. How We Make Money (Commercial Disclosure)
We participate in affiliate programs with some of the prop firms listed on the Platform, and may earn a commission if you sign up for a challenge or service through an affiliate link on our site. This revenue funds our operations, research, and continued free access to the Platform.
This does not buy influence.
Affiliate relationships do not affect how we score, rank, or review firms. Our evaluation criteria and process are the same for firms we earn commission from and firms we don't. That said, you should always do your own due diligence; nothing on the Platform is a guarantee of a firm's performance or suitability for you.

All news, articles, and informational content on the Platform is provided for informational purposes only. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of anything published here. Content is provided "as is," and you're responsible for how you interpret and act on it.

You may not use the Platform to:
- Manipulate platform features or reviews for personal or commercial gain
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass others, post hate speech, or share offensive material
- Engage in any illegal activity
Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice, and, where serious, legal action.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which covers what we collect, how we use analytics and session recording, how long we retain data, and your rights over it. ▸14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable law, engage in conduct harmful to the Platform or its users, or attempt to disrupt the Platform's functionality. Once terminated, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
